Through A rapist's Eyes

"THROUGH  A  RAPIST'S  EYES"
(PLS TAKE TIME TO READ THIS. it may save a life.)
It seems that a lot of attackers use some tactic to get away with violence.
Not many people know how to take care of themselves when faced with such a
situation. Everyone should read this especially each n every girl in this world.

THOUGHT THIS WAS GOOD INFO TO PASS ALONG...
FYI - Through a rapist's eyes! A group of rapists and date rapists in
prison were interviewed on what they look for in a potential victim
and here are some interesting facts:

1] The first thing men look for in a potential victim is hairstyle.
They are most likely to go after a woman with a ponytail, bun!, braid
or other hairstyle that can easily be grabbed. They are also likely to
go after a woman with long hair.
Women with short hair are not common targets.
2] The second thing men look for is clothing.
They will look for women who's clothing is easy to remove quickly.
Many of them carry scissors around to cut clothing.

3] They also look for women using their cell phone,
searching through their purse or doing other activities while walking
because they are off guard and can be easily overpowered.

4] The number one place women are abducted from / attacked at is
grocery store parking lots.
5] Number two is office parking lots/garages.

6] Number three is public restrooms.

7] The thing about these men is that they are looking to grab a woman
and quickly move her to a second location where they don't have to
worry about getting caught.

8] If you put up any kind of a fight at all, they get discouraged
because it only takes a minute or two for them to realize that going
after you isn't worth it because it will be time-consuming.

9] These men said they would not pick on women who have umbrellas,
or other similar objects that can be used from a distance, in their hands.

10] Keys are not a deterrent because you have to get really close to
the attacker to use them as a weapon. So, the idea is to convince
these guys you're not worth it.
POINTS THAT WE SHOULD REMEMBER:
1] If someone is following behind you on a street or in a garage or
with you in an elevator or stairwell, look them in the face and ask
them a question, like what time is it, or make general small talk:
can't believe it is so cold out here, we're in for a bad winter. Now
that you've seen their faces and could identify them in a line- up,
you lose appeal as a target.

2] If someone is coming toward you, hold out your hands in front of
you and yell Stop or Stay back!
Most of the rapists this man talked to said they'd leave a woman alone
if she yelled or showed that she would not be afraid to fight back.
Again, they are looking for an EASY target.

3] If you carry pepper spray (this instructor was a huge advocate of
it and carries it with him wherever he goes,) yelling
I HAVE PEPPER SPRAY and holding it out will be a deterrent.

4] If someone grabs you, you can't beat them with strength but you can
do it by outsmarting them. If you are grabbed around the waist from
behind, pinch the attacker either under the arm between the elbow and
armpit or in the upper inner thigh - HARD.
One woman in a class this guy taught told him she used the underarm pinch
on a guy who was trying to date rape her and was so upset she broke
through the skin and tore out muscle strands the guy needed stitches.
Try pinching yourself in those places as hard as you can stand it; it really hurts.

5] After the initial hit, always go for the groin.
I know from a particularly unfortunate experience that if you slap a
guy's parts it is extremely painful.  You might think that you'll anger
the guy and make him want to hurt you more, but the thing these rapists
told our instructor is that they want a womanwho will not cause him a lot
of trouble.Start causing trouble, and he's out of there.

6] When the guy puts his hands up to you, grab his first two fingers
and bend them back as far as possible with as much pressure pushing
down on them as possible.
The instructor did it to me without using much pressure,
and I ended up on my knees and both knuckles cracked audibly.

7] Of course the things we always hear still apply.
Always be aware of your surroundings, take someone with you if you can
and if you see any odd behavior, don't dismiss it, go with your instincts.
You may feel little silly at the time, but you'd feel much worse if the guy really was trouble.
FINALLY, PLEASE REMEMBER THESE AS WELL ....
I know you are smart enough to know these pointers but there will be
some, where you will go "hmm I must remember that".
After reading, forward it to someone you care about,
never hurts to be careful in this crazy world we live in.

1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do:
The elbow is the strongest point on your body.
If you are close enough to use it, do it.

2. Learned this from a tourist guide to New Orleans :
if a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse,DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM.
Toss it away from you.... chances are that he is more interested in your wallet
and/or purse than you and he will go for the wallet/purse.
RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car:
Kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy.
The driver won't see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.

4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars after shopping,
eating, working, etc.,
and just sit (doing their checkbook, or making a list, etc.) DON'T DO THIS!
The predator will be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him
to get in on the passenger side, put a gun to your head, and tell you where to go.
AS SOON AS YOU CLOSE the DOORS , LEAVE.
5. A few notes about getting into your car in a parking lot, or parking garage:

a. Be aware: look around your car as someone may be hiding at the passenger side,
peek into your car, inside the passenger side floor, and in the back seat.
( DO THIS TOO BEFORE RIDING A TAXI CAB) .

b. If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.

c. Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a
guard/policeman to walk you back out.
IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)

6. ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs.
(Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot).

7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control,
ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; And even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ.  RUN!

8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic:
STOP IT! It may get you raped, or killed.
Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man,who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked "for help"
into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.

I'd like you to forward this to all the women you know.
It may save a life.
A candle is not dimmed by lighting another candle. I was going to send this to the ladies only, but guys, if you love your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, etc., you may want to pass it onto them, as well.

Send this to any woman you know that may need to be reminded that the world we live in has a lot of crazies in it and it's better safe than sorry.

21 Sample Poses for ladies to get you Started with Photographing

" This is a best advice when your are don't have any idea to started with Photographing. thanks for the reading" Juen_Mj

If you ever run out of ideas, get stuck in creativity or simply need some guidance when shooting female subjects, you may use following posing samples as a “posing cheat sheet”. Many pro photographers use such a technique when preparing for and during the photo shoot.

The poses in this article are selected as initial reference. I would advise to look at the poses together with your subject, especially if she’s inexperienced. During a photo shoot don’t hesitate to discuss with the subject which pose is or isn’t working in any particular situation. It’s usually very productive and you both will feel more confident in what you are doing.

OK, let’s start, one by one.

1. Very simple portrait pose to start with. Have the model look over her shoulder. Note how unusual and interesting a portrait might look, if shot simply from a different angle.

Pose 1.

 2. In portrait photography, hands are usually not visible or at least not dominant. However, you might get creative by asking the model to play around with her hands trying different positions around her head or face. Keep in mind, though: No flat palms, and the hands should only show their sides!

Pose 2.

3. You might be familiar with composition rules like the rule of thirds. In a similar way, pleasing effects can be created by using diagonals. Also remember that you don’t need to always hold your camera on a perfectly even level. Don’t be afraid to tilt it, you might achieve some interesting and unusual perspectives.

Pose 3.

4. A really nice and lovely pose with a model sitting. The knees have to touch each other. Shoot slightly from above.
Pose 4.

5. Another open and inviting pose with the model lying on the ground. Get down and take your shot nearly from the ground level.
pose 5.
6. Just a variation for a pose with the model lying on the ground. Both hands might as well be resting on the ground. Works very well outdoors, on the grass or in a wild flower meadow, for example.
Pose 6.
7. A basic easy pose, yet looks absolutely stunning. Get down and shoot nearly from a ground level. Then try to move gradually around the model while making shots. Also ask your model to change head and hand positions.
Pose 7.

8. Another easy yet gorgeous pose for all body types. Try different hand and leg positioning. And remember to focus on the model’s eyes!
Pose 8.
9. A really lovely pose. Works well in different surface settings: The model, for example, might lie on a bed, on the ground, in the grass, or on a sandy beach. Shoot from a very low angle and focus on the eyes.
Pose 9.

10. Gorgeous and easy pose for a model sitting on the ground.
Pose 10.
11. Another simple and friendly pose for a model sitting on the ground. Try different directions and angles.

Pose 11.
12. A wonderful way to demonstrate the beauty of a model’s physique. Works very well as a silhouette when shooting against a bright background.

Pose 12.

13. A simple and casual looking pose. Lots of variations are possible. Ask the model to twist her body, experiment with hand positioning and try different head turns.

Pose 13.

14. Another very simple and elegant pose. The model is turned slightly to the side, hands in back pockets.

Pose 14.

 15. Leaning slightly forward can be a very attractive gesture. It is a subtle way to emphasize upper body shapes.
Pose 15.

16. A sensual pose. By holding the hands above the head body curves are emphasized. Works with fit body types.
Pose 16.
17. Endless variations are possible for posing in full height. This pose is just the starting point. Ask the model to slightly turn her body, change hand positioning, change head and eye directions etc.

Pose 17.

18. A relaxed pose with the model standing upright and supporting her back against a wall. Remember that the model may use a wall not only to support her back, but also to put her hands on, or resting a leg against it.

Pose 18
Pose 19.
19. Note that full height settings are very demanding and work well only with slim to athletic body types. Posing guidelines are simple: The body should be arched in an S shape, hands should be relaxed, while the weight finds support on just one leg.
Pose 20.
20. An exquisite pose for slim to athletic models. Many variations are possible. In order to find the best posture, tell the model to slowly move her hands and twist her body constantly. When you see a good variant, ask your model to hold still and take some pictures. Repeat for a full set.

Pose 21.

So, there’s something for you to start with. Hope you will find at least couple of poses to work with in different shooting scenarios! Keep in mind that each of the initial sample poses is meant to be only a starting point. Each pose has endless variations! Just be creative and adjust the pose as needed (for example, try different shooting angles and ask your subject to change hand, head and leg positioning etc.)

The real reason why Datuk Lee Chong Wei lost at Olympic game

_1_07EFE1AC07EFDEF8002D65F048257A5BTake a look at his name ...

Lee Chong Wei = LCW = Let China Win

So Malaysia gave him a Datukship.  And his initials become DLCW = Don't let China Win.

But as you know 2012 Olympics is in London... Lin Dan won because the iconic bridge kept singing ...

London Bridge is for Lin Dan ... For Lin Dan ... For Lin Dan ...

Long long time ago...

Long long time ago……

Without any maids, our mothers cooked, cleaned and took care of the whole family. They still had time to chat with neighbours.

Everyone had candy floss, fizzy drinks and shaved ice with syrups. Diabetes was rare and
 aspirin/panadol cured all illness.

We rode adult bicycles to school, the richer ones had their own mini-bikes.
Ironically, we all had problems with our brakes, and after running into the bushes a few times, we learned how to solve the problem.

Prefects were a fearful lot ...more fearful than the teachers. Detention class was like going to prison for a day. We had "public caning" in schools.

NO ONE ever won the big prizes on "Tikam". It was a scam but it did not stop us coming back for more.

Motorbikes were riden without helmets. It was rare to ride a private taxi.  Taking a bus was luxury - we either cycled or walked everywhere.

We drank water from the tap and NOT from bottles.

We spent hours in fields under the sun, playing football or flying kites, without worrying about UV rays. It did not affect us.

We roamed free catching spiders and did not worry about Aedes mosquitoes.
We kept our spiders in match boxes and ready for a fight anytime.
With a mere 5 pebbles, girls played endless games and with a tennis ball, boys ran like crazy for hours.

When it rained, we swam the drains & canals to catch "ikan keli", none of us were dissolved in rain.

We shared one bottle of soft drink with friends, NO ONE actually worried about catching anything.

We ate salty, sweet & oily foods, bread had real butter and sometimes condensed milk. We enjoyed very sweet coffee, tea, and "ice kacang" but we were not obese because.......
WE WERE OUT PLAYING ALL THE TIME!!

We left home in the morning and played all day till hunger drove us back home.
When needed, our parents knew how to find us.
NO ONE actually watched over us and WE ALWAYS WERE SAFE.

WE DID NOT HAVE HANDPHONES BUGGING US.
We rode bikes or walked over to a friend's house
and just yelled for them!

We did not have Playstations, X-boxes, Nintendo's,

multiple channels on cable TV, DVD movies,
no surround sound, no phones, no personal computers,
no Internet.
WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them! Our TV was black and white.

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and

we still continued the stunts.

We did not have birthdays parties till we were 21,
which is when we started to take notice of girls.

We had not heard of the word "Bumiputra".
We only knew our friends by names.
Their parents were Pak Cik and Mak Cik or Uncle and Aunty.

In Badminton, we did not change the shuttle as long as it was in flight.

Regardless of how many feathers were left in the shuttle, our game continued...
but still Wong Peng Soon and Punch Gunalan made us proud in Badminton.

Match-boxes were always "chilly" or "king kong"

brand...to own a box of matches from a hotel was something great.

Regardless of whether we could afford one,
we always knew Maths tuition was $10.00 a month.

All parties were held in the Town hall.
We felt please to see a policeman and we were always
edger to tell police everything we saw.
Morris Minor and Volkswagen beetle were on our roads...driven alongside Kingswood , Vauxhall,

Opel and Chrysler. Executives of companies
drove Peugeot 504's. Japanese cars were considered "inferior".

There were no traffic lights only roundabouts.

The whole kampung came together during kenduris
and all took turns to "kacau dodol".
Chinese, Indians and Malays were all part of kenduris and all of us spoke Malay.

Our favourite local performer was Rose Chan and the Beatles were the most popular band.  John Wayne's westerns on Sunday, cheap Matinees were 25 cent per show.

Malay weddings had joget sessions at night,
it was the only time to ask the
Malay ladies for a dance.

Ketupat were NEVER plastic wrapped.

Football was played barefooted in thorn-filled "padangs", rain or shine...
but still Santokh Singh, Soh Chin Ann
and Mokhtar Dahari made us proud,
we actually beat South Korea in football.

JPJ testers instill fear and were highly respected ...

Susu lembu was delivered to our house by our big,

friendly and strong "Bayi" on his bicycle. All "jagas"
were "Bayi" and no place got robbed.

"Laksa" and "Putu Mayam" man came peddling.
"Kacang Puteh" man walked balancing on his head top,
6 compartments of different type of murukus.

We played "gasing", made our own kites & had kite
fighting with glass glued threads and made
wooden guns & used seeds from plants for bullets.
Kang Kong was free…easily harvested by the riverside. "Kembong" was 30 cents a "kati" and nobody wanted
"ikan pari".

When the Circus came to town, everybody went to see it. It was the best LIVE show I ever saw.

Usually we did not have to BUY fruits; they were self planted or given by neighbours or friends.

The idea of parents bailing us out if we
broke the law was unheard of.
Our parents actually sided with the law !
Nobody knew about child psychology !

Yet this generation has produced
some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers
and inventors ever!

The past 40 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.

We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility,

and we learned......HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL!
